Flexible printer control and data output from a single source

The docusuite add-on Output Manager provides the software customer with centralized, flexible and future-proof order handling and clear and transparent press control.

The requirements for the printing of documents regarding time, qualitaty and cost are rising steadily, and the continuing technical progress in the machine park leads to higher printer productivity. Criteria such as flexibility, traceability and reporting ability are becoming more important for a successful presence on the markt.

The solution for press control available in docusuite is based on the Output Manager of bluecrest, formerly Pitney Bowes. The software was fully integrated into the software solution docusuite. In addition to flexible input and output data through "Any to Any" print data transformation, flexible and vendor-independent printer connections are supported as well as intelligent order management.

The real-time data of the printing presses is transferred to the software and the respective processing progress is displayed clearly. Before, during, and after the actual printout, review options for the print data are available. In addition, all necessary functionalities are offered on the subjects of reprinting, scalability and connection of upstream and downstream systems.
