Individual billing of all available performance data in the company

The development of the software module docuaccount simplifies the area of service billing for software customers and makes the associated processes clear and reportable.
The billing features, including creation of invoices, are integrated into the existing standard interface of docusuite and can be customized according to new customer requirements.

In the payroll process, all master and transaction datasets stored in the docusuite database are evaluated. Performance and material prices can be individually designed, both per timeline and per customer. This enables both a view of the price history of a material or a service as well as the simple and predictable maintenance of customer-related price changes.

By means of a sophisticated information system, additional information and warnings are displayed to the user during the so-called billing simulation. Integrated plausibility checks and additional billing information ensure that the operator has an effective tool for easy and transparent billing of services.

The simulation of a billing period can be started on a daily basis, so that "forecasts" over the current period are possible at any time. The final result can be output as an invoice to a printer or as an archived PDF file via customer-specific invoice forms.
